Introduction: Acacia Villa was designed and created with vacation rental in mind. Situated to catch the tropical breeze, a large covered verandah overlooks the pool. Two queen bedrooms en suite at opposite ends of the villa offer privacy for one or two couples. This waterfront villa is located in the residential resort community of Leeward, one of the most sought after real estate developments, on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The two queen size bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the vacation villa with en suite baths for your privacy. Each bedroom opens directly onto the verandah. Air-conditioning is an option. A maximum of four persons or two couples is intended. The living/great room features comfortable sofas and a reading chair. A collection of DVD movies for your large screen television entertainment is available.
The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences should you decide to prepare meals in the comfort of your own vacation villa. Within a 5 minute walk (.2 miles) you will find Gilley's Restaurant at Leeward Marina open for breakfast, lunch, and carry-out. At Leeward Marina you can book boating excursions to Iguana Island, snorkelling, fishing, eco-tour kayaking, a deserted beach drop-off or jump off to other island adventures.
